We are a husband-and-wife team, Joe and Diane Lopez, and have worked together for 25 years designing and creating glass and crystal products for happy and grateful customers. Joe has worked in the crystal business since he was 18 with over 30 years of experience in a creative, competitive industry. Joe was taught and mentored at Crystal Factory and in 2000, he and Diane had the opportunity to buy the business from his mentor. This was the man who had taught him the business from the ground up and he was fortunate to travel the world to see how products were made from a variety of vendors that were carried in the original store. Joe is a man that CEO's, attorneys, and even MLB players trust to bring their ideas to life through the engraving he does. At Crystal Factory, we never limit ourselves and love a challenge!
